1General Information & Nature of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the a21 platform (www.a21.wine) and all its services. By registering an account, logging in, or using any of a21's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

A21 is an internationally licensed online entertainment and betting platform. We operate in compliance with applicable international laws and regulations. All services on a21 are provided for entertainment purposes, guided by the principles of responsible gaming.

2Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with a21, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• Each individual may only operate one a21 account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number or email address is strictly prohibited.
• Online gaming must be permitted under the laws and regulations of your country or region.

2.2 Account Verification

A21 may request identity verification at any time. In particular, a copy of your National ID or passport may be required prior to large withdrawals. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your a21 account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized activity that occurs through your account.

3Age Verification & Identity Verification

A21 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from opening an account or using its services. We believe protecting children and young people is one of our most important responsibilities.

If a21 has reason to believe a member is under 18, it reserves the right to immediately suspend that account and request identity verification. If the verification confirms the member is underage, the account will be permanently closed and no winnings or rewards will be paid out.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at a21 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are subject to change. Funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure the following:

• Your account has been fully verified.
• The wagering requirements for the active bonus have been met.
• There are no pending verification processes on your account.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold.

A21 typically processes withdrawals within 1–3 business days. Express withdrawal options are also available for urgent requests. a21 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal while investigating suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on a21 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). If currency conversion is required, prevailing market rates will apply and a conversion fee may be charged.

5Betting Rules & Conditions

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been "confirmed" on a21, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please carefully review all details before placing your bet — including the team, event, odds, and stake amount.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting can change at any moment. a21 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors. Deliberately exploiting erroneous odds is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet is generally refunded. However, if 90% or more of the match has been completed, the result may be settled based on the final score at that point.

6Bonus & Promotions Terms

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Every bonus and promotion offered by a21 comes with its own specific terms. Each offer has its own eligibility criteria, validity period, and usage conditions. Claiming the same bonus repeatedly using multiple promotional accounts or other family members' accounts is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified amount — this is the wagering requirement. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ৳30,000 in bets. Wagering requirements may vary for each bonus.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If a21 determines that a member is using fraudulent methods to obtain bonuses, all bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a21 platform:

• Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder illegal funds through betting or gaming.
• Match Fixing: Any conspiracy to influence or manipulation of sports event outcomes.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one a21 account under the same identity.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Using Another Person's Account: Conducting transactions through a third party's account.

8Account Suspension & Termination Policy

8.1 Cancellation by a21

A21 may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Suspicious transactions or financial activity.
• Court orders or regulatory directives.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may close their a21 account at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw all available balance before closing your account — once it is closed, access to your remaining balance may no longer be possible.

9a21's Limitation of Liability

A21 is not directly liable for the following:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or technical failures.
• Delays or failed transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from your own negligence or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.

A21's total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the amount deposited in the relevant member's account.

10Changes to Terms & Notice

A21 reserves the right to modify these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members via email or an on-platform notice.

Continuing to use a21 after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the service and contact Support to close your account.
